Privacy Policy

1. Overview

At mydaksh.ai ("MyDaksh", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and their end users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should discontinue use of the Service.

2. Data We Collect

We collect different types of information in order to provide and improve the Service. The categories of data we may collect include:

  • Account Information: such as your name, email address, company name, and billing details when you create or manage an account.
  • Usage & Conversation Data: including chat transcripts, messages, and interactions between your end users and your AI agents.
  • Technical & Log Data: such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, timestamps, and pages visited to help us secure and optimize the Service.
  • Customer Content: documents, websites, and knowledge sources that you choose to upload or connect so your AI agents can answer questions.
  • Integration Data: when you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar (e.g. for Appointment Booking agents), we receive and store tokens and related metadata necessary to sync appointments; we do not store your Google password. See Section 4 for details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and related features.
  • To personalize the Service experience and improve the quality and relevance of AI responses.
  • To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • To monitor, prevent, and detect fraud, abuse, security risks, or technical issues.
  • To analyze usage trends and improve our products, models, and user experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

AI Conversations & Human Assistance

Users may interact with AI-powered agents created by businesses using the Service. Messages, prompts, uploaded content, and related conversation data may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers to generate automated responses.

Where necessary, authorized business representatives may review, monitor, or take over conversations to provide customer support, compliance handling, or additional assistance.

We do not sell your personal data. We also do not use your proprietary conversation content or uploaded business documents to train public models that are shared across customers.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Google Calendar

Certain features of the Service, such as Appointment Booking for AI agents, allow you to connect your Google Calendar so that appointments booked through your AI agent are automatically synced to your calendar. This integration is optional and is only enabled when you explicitly connect your Google account through our secure OAuth flow.

What we access: When you connect Google Calendar, we request access to read and write calendar events (e.g. scope for calendar.events and calendar.readonly as needed). We use this access solely to create, update, or read events that correspond to appointments booked via your AI agent. We do not access your calendar for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the appointment-sync feature.

How we handle it: We use Google's OAuth 2.0 so that you authorize access without sharing your Google password with us. Any tokens or credentials we receive are stored securely and used only to perform the calendar operations described above. We do not sell, share, or use your Google Calendar data for marketing or for training AI models available to other customers.

Your control: You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your agent or account settings. Disconnecting will stop new events from being created; we will not delete existing events from your calendar. You can also revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions (e.g. Security > Third-party access).

Our use of Google Calendar is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy. By connecting Google Calendar, you acknowledge that your use of that integration is also governed by those policies.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely store it.

  • Security Measures: We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
  • Access Controls: Access to Customer Data is limited to authorized personnel who require it to operate and support the Service.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
  • Object to or restrict certain forms of data processing.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format where technically feasible.

If you are an end user of one of our customers, you should direct your requests to the relevant customer (the controller of your data), as we act as a processor on their behalf.
